Cancellations, Transfer, Appointment  Policy 

Effective 1/1/2014

All Canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  "Special Order" silencer purchases can not be canceled once the order has been placed.  Customers have 60 days to complete their portion of the NFA paperwork and return it to Deep Creek Outfitters LLC. Should a customer fail to return their paperwork for ATF submission with in 60 days the sale maybe canceled and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed prior to issuing a refund. All silencer orders must be fully paid before Deep Creek Outfitters LLC will issue a set of transfer forms to the customer. Should a transfer require a receiving dealer the FFL & SOT of that dealer must be provided within 30 days of purchase, failure to provide the receiving dealers FFL/SOT will result in the sale being canceled and a 15% restocking fee assessed. We will contact the receiving dealer at the customers request to secure their FFL/SOT.
Items will be stored for 90 days after ATF approval at no charge. After 90 days a Storage Fee of $15 per Month per Item will be accessed.  Special appointments that result in a no call no show will be accessed 1 hour of shop rate at $75, please be curtious and let us kow you cant make your appointment.
